1. Digital Product Nature

All our courses are pre-recorded digital products. Once purchased, you receive instant access to the content. Due to the nature of digital learning material, we follow a strict refund policy as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice for the same course.

• Technical Issues – If you face genuine technical problems that prevent you from accessing the course and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 working days.

• Wrong Course Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the wrong course and have not accessed/downloaded more than 10% of the content, you may request a refund or course exchange within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If you have already watched or downloaded a substantial portion of the course.

• If you changed your mind after purchase.

• If you expected features that were not mentioned on the course page.

• If your internet/device is not compatible to run the course (please check system requirements before purchase).
